The palate is tangy, direct, carries roast nuts, salt, white plum. This has good grip, a keen finish, is very drinkable due to bracing freshness. Penetrating aromas of tangerine, pear, white peach and fennel pick up chalky mineral and floral notes as the wine opens up. Juicy and focused on the palate, offering bitter pear skin and Meyer
